Over the last 2 years since my severe back injury (a muscle spasm pulled my lower back out of alignment), I have been stretching and moving gently and doing everything imaginable to try to re-align my spine and gain my mobility back. After receiving X-rays and treatment from a chiropractor, I thought I was somewhat doomed never to have the range of motion back that I had previous to my lower back injury. All my life I have been into martial arts, snowboarding, surfing, running, swimming and dancing, with a great range of mobility...I thought that I was going to be limited for the rest of my life.

Last week, on my 29th Birthday, I received my auto-shipment from AHS with a bottle of Internal Rebalance Formula. I had never tried this product previously, but decided to since the Rebalance Soak had worked so well for me. I call it ‘God Juice’ in a bottle. So I took ‘one ounce’ and went to bed a few hours later.

The next day while sitting for several hours in my TCM class, I was astonished that I wasn't feeling the usual pain from sitting for several hours. I got up and started moving around, and noticed that the constant pain I had for over 2 years, was completely gone, and I had mobility back in my lower back.

I went for a long walk that weekend and noticed that my hip joints were also not in pain. My body has not felt this good since long before my back injury! I feel like I have a new lease on life because I can do physical activity again that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do.

This dramatic and immediate improvement in my condition is miraculous and inspiring to me. In fact, all of my joints feel looser, more relaxed, and I now have better mobility. I am quite amazed how such a small amount could initially have such a great impact. I have tried hundreds of hours of stretching, dozens of chiropractor adjustments and all sorts of voodoo to get out of pain and back to the lifestyle that keeps me happy and productive. The Internal Rebalance Formula has profoundly helped me not only physically, but emotionally also because I can do the things that I love to do again.
